Our Philosophy
There’s more to our food than finding great produce.
When sourcing the ingredients, we look for a supplier that has a real passion for their product, who treats it with the utmost pride and care.
It’s difficult not to be inspired by the beautiful produce harvested right here in Cornwall, from freshly line-caught fish straight from the harbour and mouth-watering home-reared Cornish beef, to the vegetables rooted from nearby farms.
